Visiting/Calling/Helping

I hear that a lot of people are asking if they can visit, call, or do something for us. I do enjoy visits especially when I'm here alone. It's hard to say when that is though. It's best to call before a visit to make sure we aren't napping or on our wheel chair rides. I don't want to post my phone number on here though since anyone can read this blog.
